I saw a can labeled "Cuitlachoche" when I was at the Winchester Road market and didn't know what it was. Now I know. Here's the scoop, and I'm sorry I asked....

That needed a better warning label. I almost lost my breakfast. I could think of one person that would be all over that...Tony Bourdain. He'll eat anything.
Don't knock it until you tried it. It is a real delicacy in Mexico. Had some there wrapped in a tortilla of some kind. It was delicious. Don't forget that mushrooms are a fungus too.
